What clients ask us first.
Do we need to replace any of our existing software?
Rarely. Most of our work connects and extends the systems you already have. Where a tool is genuinely holding you back, we will say so and explain the trade-offs.
What happens when an automation hits something unusual?
Every workflow we build has a defined exception path. Anything outside the expected pattern is routed to a named person with the context they need, rather than failing silently.
How quickly will we see something working?
Discovery typically takes one to two weeks, and the first automation is usually live within a month of that. We prefer to ship one valuable workflow quickly over designing ten on paper.
Who looks after it once it is live?
We can hand over fully documented workflows to your team, or monitor and maintain them for you on a simple monthly arrangement.
